Original Forged(Dancing Scpirt)
こちらはグリーンターゲットさんかご注文のオリジナルフォージドウエッジ。
ゴールドファクトリー留型のウエッジです。
お客様のオウンネームがダンシングで入っていますので、写らないように画像がボケていますが我慢して下さい。
こちらは５６度で、SWのみでのご注文です。
AwとSwのセットでご購入頂く場合、それぞれの顔や性能を合わせなければなりません。
Awのほうは少しグースが顔を四角くしたほうが作りやすいけど、Swはグースが少しついているので丸くしたほうが綺麗に仕上がるというのは許されません。
どうしても調和を取らないといけないので、AwとSwで追いかけられる形状に限界が出てきます。
逆にこのように単品での注文の場合、好きなだけ追いかけられるので、奇跡が起こる可能性が高いです。
但し、あとからAwを作っても、顔は完璧には揃わないというのも考慮して下さい。
This is a order to make Original Forged Wedge 56deg SW. Not set of Sw & Aw.
So I usually make set of wedge, and the shape of both wedge is similar or connected is very important.
But it sometimes very difficult.
So if the order is only Sw, sometimes shape became very beautiful.
Because I don't need to worry about Aw, and grind untill I can be satisfied.
But if you order Aw after that, the shape doesn't became some.
Mass-product never happen like this, but it's hand-made.
フェース面はミーリング痕が立てに入っていますので、縦に段差が付いているのではないかと勘違いされる方がいらっしゃいますが、このように平らです。
ヘアラインが横ではなく、縦に入っているような状態と同じだと思って頂けばいいのではないかと思います。
細いエンドミルを使う手間を表現するために、わざとこのような目を残していますが、ガンブルーしてしまえば目立ちません。
Face milling is vertical, and you might think there is many bump vertically.
But not, please see the picture.
Because the end-mill(cutter) is narrow, you can see the lines.
But the narrow end-mill can make it more flat(quality is hight).
Because wide end-mill push it hard and make it not flat, but narrow end-mill doesn't push hard, so it can keep the face flat.

I really love the look of the new wedges. The are indeed very original and fantastic looking. People should understand that getting a custom wedge grind to match their swing and style of play is the best thing they can do. Buying a wedge off the shelf that is mass produced will not give them anything special. Everyone plays differently.

OFF THE SHELF,That's nice saying,I didn't know that.
You are right Gocchin.
Golf Clubs off the shelf is made by someone never played golf, part time job, old ladies, working in a big factory in China.
They can sell golf club, even if it doesn't have enough quolity to shot the ball straight, but it's brand new and no damege.
They can only check is there is a damege or not, because they can't play golf.
