もうすでにウェッブサイトへのショッピングカートの設置が完了して発売を開始しています。
Short Neck SUS303 No.2 価格：168,000円（本体価格160,000円）です。
こちらは材料の仕入れから組み立てまでの全加工を板橋区内のゴールドファクトリーガレージにて行う現在唯一のモデルになります。
CNCコンピューターミルドというのはコンピューターヌメリックコントロールの略で、コンピューターが機械を動かしてパターを切削することを意味し、プログラムを設定すると最低１００個は自動で削り出されます。
１００個作られたパターのロゴデザインを変えて１/１のパターを作り出すのですが、形状的には１/１００であることに変わりありませんでした。
このパターは機械を手動で動かし、１個のみのパターを作る完全な手作りで、今まで夢だった完全なOne out of One のパターです。
製造方法について：
CNCの付いていない小さな機械を手動で動かし、時間を掛けて切削します。
もちろんそれでは無理が生じるのですが、機械切削で仕上げるのは８割程度、残りの２割の部分はアイアンやウエッジのようにハンドグラインドすることによって成型します。
今まではマシンミルドとハンドグラインドのどちらかの技術が欠けていた、もしくは均性の取り方が分らなかったことにより、CNCのみを使って微妙なハンドグラインドのカーブを出す、もしくはＬ字型パターのように鋳造・鍛造された素材をハンドグラインドで仕上げるかの二択を迫られていました。
そしてミニマムオーダー数は最低で１００個、通常は５００個前後かと思います。
このパターは１つ１つの形状が毎回微妙に異なるものであり、そういった意味の精度は量産品に劣りますが、逆にそれは完全なOne out of Oneの削り出しパターの証といえます。
現状、当社ではこのネックでしか完全なOne out of Oneは作れませんが、このパターが様々な形状のパターを１本のみで作る、入り口になると考えています。
All my putter is CNC computer milled except this putter.
CNC putter is not hand made, but it's computer made.
CNC means Computer Numeric Control,
computer operate the machine and computter milled putter.
But this putter is made by my hand, I operate the machine and I milled the putter.
Using small machine without computer, It takes very very long time.
I use machine and mill only 80%, then I grind the lest of 20% by hand grind like wedge and iron.
CNC automaticaly run more than 100pcs, when it's started.
You can change the logo, but it's not really the one out of one.
Because the shape is still 1/100.
But each of this putter has little bit different shape, because I make it each by each.
This is the real one out of one putter.
This putter is the bigining of the real One out of One putter.
