Teflon Black + Original logo
こちらは８月から販売開始しましたインドネシアの代理店からのご注文です。
インドネシアの代理店が経営するゴルフショップの名前が入っています。
インドネシアという国の状況をあまり把握していないので苦労したのですが、取引にあたっては何社からかのオファーを頂きました。
それぞれの会社とお話させて頂き、こちらと契約することになりました。
This putter is ordered by the distributor in Indonesia.
The name of the golf shop is engraved in the cavity.
Each country has each design of putter, because what people want is different depends of the country.
Each distributor try their own design and suggest to their customer.
They ask their customer's opinion and try the next design again.
Because it's too difficult that people in foreign country see my blog and study how to order the original putters.

Soft Black + Tungsten on sole over carving letters
こちらはすでに販売終了しているPrivate Stock No.2ですが、アメリカからのご注文。
リフィニッシュを兼ねた後日加工なので、文字を分断する形でタングステンがインサートされていますが、あえてチューンナップしたことが見て分るように初めから文字の上にタングステンを希望される方も多いです。
一般的なお店で売っている吊るしのクラブでは有り得ない状態ですから、ワンポイントとして充分に面白いかと思います。
This is a refinished putter with Soft Black Plating and insert Tungsten on sole.
Private Stock and Gold's Factory letters already engraved on sole, so the tungsten break the letters, but it could be cool, cause it means not nomal putter.
It means this putter is send back to Japan, and tuned up by GF, not nomal, but special for you.
That's the way to make the difference easily.

White Crome + Swarovski
こちらは日本のお客さんからのオーダーで、HPに直接ご注文頂いたものです。
シンプルにホワイトクロームメッキにスリットライン、赤いスワロフスキー、イニシャル、キャビティーにGマークを彫刻したものです。
This is a order from Japan.
Very simple design. White Chrome is very popular nowadays.
It has Slit Line and RED Swarovski on the blade.
Swarovski is free to put in the sight dot.

Teflon Black Finish
日本人のお客様はあまりどこででも買える商品を好みませんので、商品を大切に販売して頂けるお店だけを厳選していた結果、現在は国内の取扱店は３件しかありません。
国内ではゴールドファクトリーは一部の選ばれたお客様に使用されるレアなゴルフメーカーになっています。
現在、ゴールドファクトリーの売上げの８割はアメリカの拘りを持ったゴルファーと、アメリカのクラブマニアに認められたメーカーを求めるヨーロッパ、東南アジアのお客様で構成されています。
こちらのパターもアメリカのお客様からのご注文で、シンプルにPS No.1にタングステンを入れてテフロンブラック処理を施したモデルです。

Private Stock No.1 + Teflon Black + Tungsten + PZ milling
Teflon Black is quite expensive coating(6300yen up), but it's very strong and beautiful.
Face milling is PZ milling, it's very soft feel than I have ever tried.

Only two G-marks on this putter, and one is behind, so it's very mysterious putter.

White Chrome + Three Blue Alumite
こちらはドイツからのご注文です。
Private Stock No.2にブルーアルミアルマイトを３つインサートし、ホワイトクロームメッキしたもの。
フェースはPZ millingで、ペイントはブルーで、サイトラインとソールGOLD'S FACTORYのGとFだけ白にしてあります。
現在ユーロは少し安くなったものの非常に高く１５０円です（少し前まで１７０円くらいを付けていました）。
発売当時は１００円でしたので、高級腕時計などのヨーロッパの製品を今買うと、１年～２年前まで５０万円程度だったものが８５万円近くします。
逆にいうと、ヨーロッパ諸国からすれば日本の製品は随分と手に入りやすくなっているのかと思います。

Private Stock No.2 + White Crome + PZ milling + Three Blue Aluminum Alumite.
Blue Paintfull, Site line and GOLD'S FACTORY on sole G & F is white.
1euro is 150yen at this moment. it was 170yen a few month ago, but it was 100yen 2 years ago.
So the price is very expensive for Japanese to buy from Europe, but it's very cheap for European to buy Japanese product.
I hope many golfer in Europe became Gold's Factory putter holder.

Soft Black + Partical Big G-mark
ソフトブラックはとても綺麗な色のメッキなのですが、ミラーメッキなので、周りの風景が映りこんでしまったり、映りこみを防ぐと色合いが微妙に変わってしまい、ながらなかなか上手くその美しさを写真で撮ることができません。
今回、少し綺麗に撮れたと思うので、一番リアルに近い色見本として、参考にして下さい。
ちなみにこちらはアメリカのお客様からのご注文です。
This is a order from USA, Private Stock + Soft Black.
Soft Black is very beautifull plating, but quite difficult to take photo.
Because it's mirror finish, the circumference reflect into the putter.
I was lucky this time, I think this color is very closer to the real.

Pure Gold Thick Plating
こちらはおなじみの金メッキパターです。今回はインドネシアからのご注文です。
基本的なデザインがいつも同じなので、いちいちブログには載せていませんでしたが、年間１０本前後の注文があります。
下地に分厚い銅メッキ処理をして、充分な厚みの光沢の上に金メッキをして、トータルで１０ｇ近くアップしています。
シャキーン！って光ってますが、かなり綺麗です。

Of course, the gold plating is dazzled and damaged easily, but we have a lot of orders every year.
This gold plating is very expensive, plus 31,500yen up in Japan.
24K Gold price is 2,500yen- 3,000yen per grams, it weight up more than 4grams.

Damascus Steel Brade Pivot Tool

Damascus steel is a hot-forged steel used in Middle Eastern swordmaking from about 1100 to 1700 AD.
Damascus swords were of legendary sharpness and strength, and were apocryphally claimed to be able to cut through lesser quality European swords and even rock.
Some people say damascus steel is a OOPARTS(Out Of Place Artifacts)
The technique used to create original Damascus steel is now a matter of historical conjecture.
Many raw materials, and the metalsmiths' recipes, are no longer available.
However this damascus steel was made by a very famous blacksmith of the Japanese sword for the custom knife.
Gold's Factory was able to obtain only a small amount, and machine milld for pivot tool.
The price in Japan is 18,900yen.
