特注ブリンカー（テフロンブラック）
以前紹介した特注デザインのブリンカーを搭載したパターのテフロンブラックバージョンです。
香港の商品取扱店グリーンコーナーさんからの注文ですが、ブリンカーのトップのデザインはお店の要望により作った特注品です。
太いラインを２本切削することによりできた、３本の突起ラインに細いラインをそれぞれ切削してあります。
素材は軟鉄でボディーと同じテフロンブラック処理をし、白をペイントしています。
ペイントは文字やマークの窪みに塗料を串等で詰め込む作業で、スプレーする塗装とは異なります。
その為、広範囲への塗装は非常に難しい作業になります。
当社には吹き付け塗装の技術はないので、たまたま上手くいっている感があります。
ペイントに多少の厚み斑がでることはあると思います。
本体のブリンカーに繋がる部分のセンターに非常に小さなサイトラインが切削されています。
幅が僅か０．８ミリの細いラインで切削するのも非常に難しく、その為普通のフランジへ切削するサイトライン１本と同額の工賃が掛かりますが、このラインがあると随分とアドレスしやすくなるそうです。
フェースは海外で人気のPZ millingにヒール側にHPロゴを切削してあります。
ソールはトゥ側にサークルＧ、ヒール側にはBUILT BU M.SASAYAの文字、オレンジと白でペイントされています。
ネックにはMIJ(Made in Japan)とGOLD'Sがダンシングで刻印されています。
Brinker is the weight inside of the cavity, which is to weight up to make long putter.
Heavy weight putter automatically has big moment of inertia, so the Brinker is the easiest way to make the moment of inertia bigger. So not only long putter but also good for short putter.
I believe Brinker is the easiest putter in the world. This could be the final weapon for you.
Nomal brinker is made by SUS303 and weight 40g, but this brinker is order made, material is soft steel, milled wide two sight lines and narrow three sight line on it, and corting is teflon black and white paintfule.
Also this putter has PZ face milling.
Golfers like soft feeling putter, So they use the putter made by rubber or rubber face insert.
But it's a very bad custom.
Rubber has soft feeeling, but no sound you can hear.
So the golfer can't understand where the center of gravity is.
Eventually they lost their feeling.
Most important thing is hit the center of gravity.
To hit the center of gravity, you have to hear the sound of impact very carefully each time.
PZ milling face is soft feeling but you can hear the sound.

PZ milling Face insert
PZ millingはフェース面全体に処理することもできますが、こちらはあえてインサートにしたタイプになります。
見た目の派手さを重視された注文かと思います。
その他、PZ millingをフェース面全体に施すとトップブレード以外の部分で横線が分断され、多少段々が付きますので(段差は0.02mm弱です。）気になるかたはインサートのほうがいいでしょう。
Made in Japan の文字をネックではなく、より目立つようにソールトゥ側に切削しました。
これもデザイン的にかなりかっこいいです。
また、最近人気のブラックエンドアウト・サークルＧマークですが、マークが切断されているのはリーディングエッジ側ではなく、バックフェース側です。
リーディングエッジが欠けてしまうと、アドレス時フェースが歪んで見えたりする可能性もあるかもしれません。
逆に描かれた図面が送られてくることが多々あります。お気をつけ下さい。
PZ milling is very popular nowadays. Because it's very soft feel.
Face insert is very expensive, you don't need to insert the face, but it looks different.
"Made in Japan" usually carved on neck, but this putter is ordered on sole.
It looks very nice.
Also Big Circle G mark carved on sole, blackend out.
G-mark is coming from back face, not from face side, because you might see the luck of the mark, when you address the putter.
Please take care. It must be always coming from back face side.

Natural Stone Insert
直径約３ミリのルビーとエメラルドの天然石をホワイトゴールドで巻いたものをインサートしました。
石は人口のものが安価で出回っていますが、天然のものを選んで購入し、加工しやすくするためにホワイトゴールドで巻いて貰いました。
ホワイトゴールドがマシンダンシングのO（オー）の文字の役割をするように石をインサートしています。
本体はGF01AのSUS303をチョイス。
GF01A SUS303は各種加工がオプションになっていますが、石のインサートは含まれませんので、別料金になります。
このような石のインサートは石の時価によって変化しますのでご相談下さい（今回使用したものは１ヶ加工賃込みで３７８００円相当となりました）。
石の種類は天然石以外に安価な人口石や高価な鑑定書付きのもの等、ご要望のものがあればお調べいたします。入手可能であれば対応可能です。
インサートの仕方ですが、現状は上の写真のような石を金属で巻いたものをパター本体に穴を開けてインサートする形になります。

The price is depends on the stone. This stone in the picture is @37,800yen (included milling body and accemble).
Also, you can chose different stone and different price.

プロトタイプマレット（改）
M401マレットパターのソールを全切削してソールにロゴの無いプロトタイプマレット（改）を作り、タングステンをインサートしてウェイトをアップというチューンが密かに人気です。
更に、テフロンブラックしてパステル系のペイントをするのが人気を集めています。
こちらは香港の取扱店からのご注文。
MADE IN JAPANの刻印の入れ方がお洒落ですね。
こちらはアメリカの取扱店からのご注文。
特徴としてはフェースのミーリングがPZ millingになっていますが、非常にPZ millingの注文は多いですね。
It's getting popular in USA and HK which is milled sole M401mallet to delete logo, and changed sole design to blackend out G-mark.
SUS303 has silver color, and doesn't need to plate. But Teflon Black coating to change the color cold be cool.
Teflon Black is not plating, but kind of paint coating. So it can coat the stainless.
PZ milling is also very popular in USA and UK.
It's very soft feel, because only 2 or 3 point of lines touch to the ball.
